Description
ITALY – Sardinia – Province (CA), due to RETIREMENT and absence of GENERATIONAL turnover, Company/Dairy of approx. 2500 square meters organized for the processing and transformation of sheep and goat milk and the production of cheeses (hard – semi-hard – soft – ricotta).
The supply of raw materials from third parties is guaranteed for 85% by annual supply contracts (relationships over thirty years) with local companies/producers.
Currently they are worked c.a. 7/800,000 liters of milk/year,
The current production structure of the plant is able to work approx. 1,100/1,200,000 liters of milk/year.
The marketing of the products/worked is guaranteed by a sales network consolidated over time, in addition to the direct sales point in the company headquarters.
EXPECTED: COACHING (to be agreed), aimed at the Transfer of the Company KNOW – HOW in an EXCLUSIVE form!.
We propose N.S. EXCLUSIVE – Transfer of Company + Establishment (production site of about 2500 m2 in an industrial/artisanal/commercial area).
The operation was packaged in/with different solutions:
a) ASSIGNMENT (sale) COMPANY + COMPANY REAL ESTATE COMPLEX (Current Establishment + adjacent plot of land with approved project to build an additional 3200 m2) in a single solution.
b) ASSIGNMENT (sale) COMPANY / COMPANY REAL ESTATE COMPLEX (Factory) LEASED.
c) ASSIGNMENT (sale) COMPANY / COMPANY REAL ESTATE COMPLEX (Factory) with purchase scheduled in 36/months.
